GROUND FLOOR
Entrance leads into open-plan kitchen/dining and living room, which has exposed stone walls, some original arrow windows and high open rafters.

The KITCHEN AREA has a tiled floor and is well fitted with a range of units incorporating dishwasher, fridge/freezer, full size electric cooker, and microwave oven.

The DINING AREA has a large farmhouse dining table and 8 chairs.

The SITTING AREA has a laminate floor, colour TV, DVD, and Hi Fi.

There are 3 bedrooms, bedrooms 1 and 2 are on the ground floor and have extra wide 3′ doorways.

BEDROOM 1 has open beamed ceilings, it is furnished with a king size bed,
BEDROOM 2 is furnished with twin 3′ beds,

The downstairs SHOWER ROOM is suitable for wheelchair access as it has a drive in shower with non-slip flooring, WC and vanity wash hand basin.

There is also a UTILITY ROOM with an automatic washing machine and a second cubicle shower.

FIRST FLOOR
BEDROOM 3 has limited headroom, there are coastal glimpses from the velux windows and the room is furnished with four 3′ beds. EN-SUITE with WC and wash hand basin.

There is a courtyard area with garden furniture to the fore of the property.
