Dinas Island Wool

Our skeins are 100% Welsh (Pembrokeshire) wool, hand spun from our own award winning flock on Dinas Island, spun locally by Angharad & Jean @ciliaucrafts our wool is available to purchase direct from the farm

The fleeces are selected after shearing, washed and left to dry naturally in the sun before being hand spun by Jean & Angharad from www.ciliaucrafts.co.uk, our wool is bespoke, with full traceability to our own flock.

The wool used is all from our home bread, Lleyns, Aberfields, and Abermax, which can be seen grazing in the fields on Dinas Island

Throughout the year we offer on site spinning lessons for small groups, as well as bespoke wool spinning retreats, tailored to your requirements combining a stay at one of our holiday cottages incorporating spinning/craft activities where we will come to you.
