Dinas Island Farm is a National Trust owned 400 acre coastal farm situated on the North Pembrokeshire Coastline. The farm has been in the Perkins family for over 70 years where we try to farm alongside the natural environment using as little artificial inputs as possible. Today, Neil and his wife Lynda, with their 3 children, live in the farmhouse. The farm was originally bought by Neil's Great Grandfather. Neil and his father Roger now run the farm, primarily as a sheep enterprise. The farm has had many achievements during this time the latter including, Roger being awarded a Churchill Farming Scholarship in 2001, Neil was awarded a Nuffield Farming Scholarship in 2005,

The farm has also been recognised for its grassland management system, it was a demonstration farm for Meat Promotion Wales from 2006-2009 and, Lynda was awarded the NFU Cymru
Welsh Woman Farmer of the Year 2009.
The Cottage, attached to the Farmhouse nestles in the hollow at the centre of the island and next to the farm. The camping and caravan field is on the right as you approach the farmyard and has stunning views over Newport Bay. Within walking distance of the delightful beaches at Cwm yr Eglwys and Pwllgwaelod, the farm offers peace, seclusion and a near perfect location on a working farm. The walk around the island (actually a promontory headland) is part of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and has been awarded the AA walk of the year numerous times. Every effort has been made to ensure that your stay will be comfortable and welcoming. There is an excellent pub with restaurant overlooking the beach at the bottom of the farm drive and nearby in the village there is a further selection of pubs and village shops. Available daily from the farmhouse are, made to order, freshly baked home made bread and cakes In addition you can purchase fresh Pembrokeshire farm eggs when available.
